"THE CIRCLE FAMILY CLUB" is the name of a family club concept currently in preparation. It does not currently correspond to a registered company or legal entity. The website is operated personally by Ignacio Ortega.

This website is a pre-opening, information-only website. Its purpose is to:
- present the concept of THE CIRCLE FAMILY CLUB and its intended first House in Madrid;
- allow interested families to submit a Founding Membership application; and
- validate demand and interest before any commitment to open.
No product or service is sold through this website, and no payment is taken through it.

The information on this website describes a concept at a pre-opening stage. Spaces, facilities, programmes, timetables, prices and inclusions are indicative and illustrative only, and remain subject to site, technical, operational and planning development.
Architectural and interior imagery is concept-stage material used to illustrate the intended experience; it does not depict a completed or contracted venue.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a reservation, or a contract. Submitting the Founding Membership form does not create a membership and does not oblige either party to enter into any relationship. Any future membership would be governed by separate membership terms provided at that time.
